DORASDREAMLIFE

Children’s Privacy Notice

Effective October 18, 2026 · Version 1.1

Direct notice to parents: a child cannot create the controlling account or authorize advertising, public sharing, purchases, professional contact, film publication, biometrics or a new data purpose.

Information and purpose

A parent may provide a name or nickname, birth month and year, relationship, routines, schedules, messages, voice, photos, video, school information, memories and parent-entered health information. Camera, microphone, location, school, health and AI-media processing are separate permissions used only for the parent-selected private family function.

Verifiable parental consent

Before collecting personal information directly from a child under 13, Dora must obtain verifiable parental consent using a method reasonably designed to confirm the signer is the parent. Dora records the exact notice version, purpose, categories, processor categories, signer, verification method, timestamp and later withdrawal. Consent to internal use is not bundled with public disclosure or materially different purposes.

Disclosure and data practices

Necessary processors receive minimum data under contract. Dora does not sell child data, use it for behavioral advertising or model training, or require more information than reasonably needed for a feature. Public sharing requires a separate parent action. Voiceprints, face geometry or other biometric identifiers are not created unless a future separately reviewed feature obtains specific notice and consent.

Parent controls

Child-safe defaults

Profiles are private; precise location and public sharing are off; purchases and external links require a parental gate; collection is minimized; and children are not nudged to weaken privacy. Parents and children receive age-appropriate notice when controls or monitoring are active.
