Terms of Service

Parent-owned household
The adult creating a household must be at least 18 and have authority to manage invitations, child profiles, caregiver access and uploaded content. Children cannot accept these Terms, purchase services or publish household content independently.
What Dora provides
Dora provides organizational software, AI-assisted drafting, family communication, records, reminders and optional integrations. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Adults must review consequential information and every external action.
No professional or emergency service
Dora does not provide medical, legal, mortgage, insurance, investment, real-estate or emergency advice. Professional directories provide neutral contact information only. Dora does not apply for loans, generate binding quotes, recommend a provider or participate in a transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content without authority, harm or exploit a child, impersonate others, bypass access controls, submit malware, misuse credentials, scrape private data or use Dora for unlawful surveillance. Access may be restricted to protect families or comply with law.
Content and AI creations
You retain rights you have in uploaded content and give Dora limited permission to process it only for selected features. Private storage does not authorize public sharing, commercialization or studio licensing. Those require separate parent approvals and rights checks. AI-assisted or reconstructed content is labeled.
Subscriptions
Price, renewal, cancellation, credit use, failure and refund terms must be displayed before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by that store. Dora does not store full payment-card numbers.
Electronic records
You agree that Dora may present terms, notices and consent records electronically. Typing your legal name and affirmatively signing a selected agreement creates a versioned receipt. Optional permissions are separate and may be withdrawn; the original receipt remains immutable. You may request an accessible copy.
Account closure and changes
A controlling parent may request export and deletion. Dora may retain narrowly limited agreement, security, fraud or dispute evidence when legally necessary and will disclose the reason. Material changes are presented before they apply; a new consent-requiring purpose needs a new choice.
