Private Illness Memory Privacy

What you record

Only when an illness happened, which doctor you saw, and what advice the doctor gave. These are private memories for you and authorized parents in your household. Do not include patient registration, visit or medical record numbers.

Your choice

Health permission is optional and separate from core account agreements. Each parent signs for their own access. Child records also require that parent's child-data consent. An account login or typed name alone is not proof of legally sufficient parental verification.

Use and processing

Hosting and database providers store and retrieve these records for the private record service. This feature has no attachments, document extraction or AI-generated medical advice. Dora does not diagnose, recommend treatment or provide emergency guidance. Health records are not used for advertising or model training.

Withdrawal and existing records

Withdrawing health consent blocks further access and changes through this feature. It does not delete earlier records or rewrite signed receipts. To request access, deletion or assistance after withdrawal, use Privacy & Data Rights. Older extended records are not automatically copied into the three-field view and have not been deleted.

仅记录什么时候生病、看了哪位医生、医生的建议。用于本人及获授权家长日后查看和回忆。请勿填写病人登记号、就诊号或病历号。不上传附件、不进行医疗文档提取、不提供诊断或治疗建议。每位家长分别签署；儿童记录另需儿童资料授权。撤回后停止通过该功能访问和修改，原记录不会自动删除；可通过隐私与数据权利页面申请查看或删除。
